Supervisors are typically responsible for the development and productivity of employees. This training seminar will offer basic supervision fundamentals. It is important for those who desire to be supervisors or currently supervise understand basic supervision skills.

Los Angeles Association of Black Personnel (LAABP) would like to assure our members that we are committed to providing quality training opportunities and resources to best prepare you for promotional success and career development.

Our approach in 2021, is to offer online webinars on critical subject areas found in most Civil Service examinations, presenting them in a more detailed way, in most cases in 2-hour sessions.

Trainings are presented by LAABP members, who are subject matter experts, and when necessary we will also engage industry professionals to lead workshops.
