The current LAABP Executive Board has worked diligently with a non-profit attorney, Nancy McCullough, to draft bylaws that will promote and protect the interests of the organization.
- Provisions to allow for electronic means of communication
- Clarification of guidelines for Board Action
- Establishment of Standing and Ad Hoc Committees
- Creation of two classes to allow for staggered elections
- Policy language moved to policy manual
