Angela Brown

Angela Brown currently serves as the Third Vice-President over Training & Development. She currently chairs the Training and Development Committee, and is also a member of the Executive, Special Events, Membership, and Civic Engagement Committees. 

Angela has over 20 years of City service and currently is the Director of Human Resources at the Port of Los Angeles.

When asked what LAABP’s motto means, Angela responded – to stay inspired and to motivate others through mentoring. These things can be accomplished by participating in LAABP trainings, seminars, and networking events.

Angela enjoys spending time with family and friends and shopping at HomeGoods.
