LAABP NEEDS YOUR VOTE.

Elections are held every three years to appoint officers to the LAABP, Inc. Executive Board. The time has come for association members to determine who will serve as officers from 2019 through 2022. Your vote makes a difference. All votes are anonymous and confidential.

I served as a 2nd & 3rd VP, Treasurer, Direct-at-Large, and on the following committees where I served as a member or chair: African American Heritage Month, Membership Drive, Trainings, Scholarship Receptions, Trail Blazer, Executive Recognition, and Decemberfest.

I serve on the Special Events, Training & Development, and Membership Committees.  I have volunteered to assist with the Scholarship & Career Development Awards Receptions, Holiday Mixers, Black History Month & Trailblazer Awards Receptions, and the 2018 Masquerade Ball & Fundraiser. I am also a presenter for the Analysts and Senior Analysts level exam preparation trainings.

It has been my honor to have served in a variety of volunteer roles since joining LAABP many years ago. The most recent notable and rewarding assignment for me has been my time spent on the Scholarship Selection Committee for the last three years. Through the scholarship review activity, I developed a renewed desire to contribute toward the goals of the LAABP and would like to help out more.
